Abstract Submission
The call for abstracts will be open until 14th February 2024.
We aim to inform presenting authors of abstract acceptance for oral or poster presentations by early March. The final program will be released by the end of March/early April.
Candidates can select their preference for an oral or poster presentation.
Authors should follow the abstract layout format provided and submit the form.
Poster format: Portrait Size: maximum 80 cm wide x 100 cm height
RULES:
Document: A4, portrait, text font in Times New Roman
Title: Bold, 14 points, centred
Authors: 12 points, presenting author in bold, centred.
Institutes: 12 points, italic, centred
Abstract body: Times New Roman font, 12 point
Abstracts should contain all author information, including affiliations, and should be limited to 1 page.
